NCLAT is the Appellate Tribunal constituted us 410 of the Companies Act 2013. It can hear appeals against the orders of the Tribunal i.e. NCLT or of the National Financial Reporting Authority NFRA or any direction, decision or order referred to in section 53A of the Competition Act, 2002.
