    In passive voice  we never change the tense of the sentence .the tense of the sentence given to us is simple past tense and option (c)   is correct because the object has become prime and the tense remained same. and if we see the other three options In option (a) present continuous tense is used. In option(b) object is not prime so it is wrong. In option (d) present perfect tense is used and object is not prime.
