At present, Government of India has identified 44 Mission Mode Projects (MMPs) for implementation under Digital India Program. e-Vidhan and e-Sansad are two such Mission Mode Projects included in Digital India. It was also decided to make the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs as ‘Nodal Ministry’ for implementation of e-Vidhan and e-Sansad MMP and empowered it to take all necessary steps for its promotion and rolling out. Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs has developed ‘National e-Vidhan Application (NeVA)’ for implementation of both the MMPs in all the 39 Houses (Lok Sabha + Rajya Sabha + 31 Assemblies+ 6 Councils)
