नियम 9 के अनुसार हिंदी में प्रवीणता प्राप्त कर्मचारी किसे समझा जाता है ? ( i) मैट्रिक परीक्षा या उसके समतुल्य या उससे कोई उच्चतर परीक्षा हिंदी के माध्यम से उत्तीर्ण कर ली है। ( ii) स्नातक परीक्षा में अथवा स्नातक परीक्षा के समतुल्य या उससे उच्चतर अन्य परीक्षा में हिंदी को एक वैकल्पिक विषय के रूप में लिया था । iii ) केन्द्रीय सरकार की हिन्दी परीक्षा योजना के अन्तर्गत आयोजित प्राज्ञ परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण कर ली है iv) यदि वह इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध प्रारूप में यह घोषणा करता है कि उसने हिंदी में प्रवीणता प्राप्त कर ली है , तो उसे समझा जाएगा कि वह प्रवीण है।Solution
