राजभाषा संबंधी संवैधानिक उपबंध ( Provision) किस भाग में उपलब्ध हैं ?Solution
संविधान के भाग- 5 अनुच्छेद 120(1) में यह उपबंध है कि भाग- 17 में किसी बात के होते हुए भी , किन्तु अनुच्छेद 348 के उपबंधों के अधीन रहते हुए संसद में कार्य हिंदी में या अंग्रेजी में किया जाएगा। विधानमंडल में प्रयुक्त होने वाली भाषा का प्रावधान संविधान के अनुच्छेद 210 में किया गया है । भारतीय संविधान के भाग - 17 के अंतर्गत राजभाषा संबंधी कुल 9 अनुच्छेद हैं ।
