Sumit Arora is a distinguished banking professional and academician with over 27 years of experience spanning banking, financial services, leadership, and management education. He served as an Assistant General Manager at Union Bank of India for more than two decades, gaining extensive expertise in banking operations, credit, risk management, and financial services.

Following his banking career, he transitioned into academia, holding leadership roles such as Associate Dean and Associate Professor of Practice at O.P. Jindal Global University, and currently serves as Professor of Practice at IILM University and a Faculty Member at the Institute of Banking Studies (IBS). As the Founder of Evolvia Consultants & Advisors, he also mentors professionals and students in banking, finance, and career development.
