IIFCL Grade A Written Examination Pattern
IIFCL will first conduct a Preliminary Screening, where the candidates will be screened based on their eligibility for the IIFCL Assistant Manager post.
After the Preliminary Screening is done, the shortlisted candidates will be required to take the IIFCL Grade A Written Examination. The IIFCL Assistant Manager Written Exam is divided into two sections. Both the sections are mandatory. Given below are the details of the IIFCL Grade A Written Examination.

Interview
The candidates who qualify the Written Examination will be called for the Behavioural Examination followed by an Interview. In the Interview, the candidates will be assessed on the basis of their knowledge, skills and experience in their respective fields.
Marking Scheme
The IIFCL Grade A notification 2026 does not mention anything about negative marking for incorrect answers in the IIFCL Grade A exam.
Exam Language
The IIFCL Grade A exam 2026 exam will be conducted in the English Language only.
