Group Discussion and Personal Interview

The Bank of Maharashtra Generalist Officer selection process also includes an Interview, and candidates will be called for the interview in a proportion of 1:4, meaning that for every vacancy, four candidates will be shortlisted. The marks allocation for the Online Examination is 150, while for the Interview, it is 100. These marks will be converted into a ratio of 75:25, giving more weightage to the online examination.
