    The Bank of Maharashtra recruitment 2025 will hire Generalist Officers in Scale II. The applicant must be 25 to 35 years old as on 31 March 2025.

    The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in any subject with at least 60% marks. For SC, ST, OBC, and PwBD candidates, the minimum is 55% marks.

    The applicant must have three years of work experience as an officer in a scheduled commercial bank. Only those who meet all the Bank of Maharashtra eligibility rules can apply for the Scale II Generalist Officer recruitment 2025.

    Bank of Maharashtra Educational Criteria 

    For the Bank of Maharashtra Scale II Generalist Officer recruitment 2025, the candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in any subject with at least 60% marks. SC, ST, OBC, and PwBD candidates need at least 55% marks.

    A professional qualification like CA, CMA, CFA, or MBA (Finance) is preferred.

    The degree must be from a recognized university or an institution approved by the Government of India.

    • Professional qualification like CA/CMA/ CFA from a recognized University/ Institution/ Board recognized by Govt. of India / approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies.
    • Post qualification Work Experience of 5 years as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank. The candidate should have minimum one-year experience as Branch Manager / Head out of five years. Experience in Credit related areas / In charge of Specialized Verticals is preferable.
    • Branch Manager is an incumbent who is responsible for overseeing all functions of branch such as Deposit, Advances, Operations, Monitoring, Inspection, Recovery, etc. Branch Manager has also overseen performance of employees.

    Bank of Maharashtra Age Criteria 

    For the Bank of Maharashtra Scale II Generalist Officer recruitment 2025, the candidate must be at least 25 years old and not more than 35 years old as on 31 March 2025.

    Bank of Maharashtra Work Experience

    For the Bank of Maharashtra Generalist Officer Scale II post, the notification clearly states that candidates must have at least 3 years of work experience as an Officer in a Scheduled Commercial Bank.

    This work experience is a mandatory requirement in addition to the educational qualification. Without it, you are not eligible for the Scale II post.
