Rw is an immediate neighbor of both Tw and Uw, means Rw is seated between both of them.  Also, Qw is an immediate neighbor of both Tw and Pw, means Qw is seated between both of them.  Vw is to the immediate left of Uw. Final arrangement is shown below: From the above arrangement it is clear that Pw is second to the left of Vw. Hence, the correct answer is (B).
