    Solution

    All Promotion are Salary (A) + All Salary are Appraisal (A) → All Promotion are Appraisal (A). Hence conclusion I follows but conclusion III does not follow. All Salary are Appraisal (A) + No Appraisal is Hike (E) → No Salary is Hike (E). Hence conclusion II follows.
