    Solution

    Some Opinion are Negotiation (I) + No Negotiation is a Discussion (E) → Some Opinion are not Discussion (O). Hence conclusion I follows. All Suggestions are Opinion (A) + Some Opinion are Negotiation (I) →  No conclusion. Hence conclusion II does not follow.
