    Solution

    Only Board are Rod → All Rod are Board and Rod cannot have any positive relation with anyone. Hence conclusion I does not follow. All Almirah are Board (A) + No Board are Locker (E) → No Almirah is Locker (E). Hence conclusion II does not follow.
