    Solution

    No poll are vote (E) + Each vote are candidate (A) → Some candidate are not poll (O*) → Probable conclusion → Some poll may be candidate (I). Hence conclusion I follows. Each vote are candidate (A) + No candidate is an election (E) → No vote is an election (E). Hence conclusion II follows.
