    Solution

    No negotiation is judgement (E) + All judgement is decision (A) → Some decision are not negotiation (O*). Hence conclusion I does not follow. Only a few opinion is judgement (I) + [No negotiation is judgement (E) → Conversion] → No judgement is negotiation (E) → Some opinion are not negotiation (O). Hence conclusion II does not follow.
