Few Parents are Sisters (I) + Some Sisters are Mothers (I) → No conclusion. Hence conclusion II does not follow. Few Parents are Sisters (I) + Some Sisters are Mothers (I) → Probable conclusion → Some Parents may be Mothers (I). Hence conclusion III follows.
