Solution

Some Beginner are Pilot (I) + No Pilot are Performer (E) → Some Beginner are not Performer (O) → Probable conclusion → Some Beginner are Performer (I). Hence conclusion I does not follow. No Pilot are Performer (E) + Some Performer are Experienced (I) → Some Experienced are not Pilot (O*). Hence conclusion II follows but conclusion III does not follow.
