    All Balloon are Cake (A) + Some Cake is Candle (I) → Probable conclusion →   All Balloon may be Candle (A). Hence conclusion I follows. Only a few Cake is Candle → Some Candle are Cake (I) + All Cake are Tissue (A) → Some Candle are Tissue (I) → Conversion → Some Tissue are Candle (I). Hence conclusion II does not follows.
