    Solution

    All Houses are Huts (A) + No Hut is an Apartment (E) → No House is an Apartment (E) → Probable conclusion → No conclusion. Hence conclusion I does not follow. All Tenants are Houses (A) + All Houses are Huts (A) → All Tenants are Huts (A) + No Hut is an Apartment (E) → No Tenant is an Apartment (E) → Conversion → No Apartment is a Tenant (E). Hence conclusion II follows.
