    Solution

    All black are stick (A) → Conversion → Some stick are black (I) + All black are steel (A) → Some stick are steel (I).  No umbrella is a stick (E) + Some stick are steel (I) → Some steel are not umbrella (O*). Hence conclusion I follows but conclusion III does not follow. All black are stick (A) + [No umbrella is a stick (E) → Conversion] → No stick is a umbrella (E) → No black is a umbrella (E). Hence conclusion II follows.
