Some letters are consonants (I) ⇒ Conversion ⇒ Some consonants are letters(I). Hence conclusion II does not follow. Some consonants are letters (I) + Some letters are alphabets (I) ⇒ Some consonants are alphabets [Probable conclusion] ⇒   All consonants may be alphabets(A). Hence conclusion III follows.
