Some Singer are Doctor (I) + Some Doctor are Painter (I) → Probable conclusion → Some Painter may be Singer (I). Hence conclusion I follows. Only Doctor are Dancer means All Dancer are Doctor and in this case Dancer will not have any relation to anyone. Hence II does not follow.
