    Six friends Chinu, Minu, Prem, Pari, Vansh and Vishu are

    sitting in a circle and facing the centre. Prem is to the immediate left of Pari. Only Vansh is between Vishu and Pari. Only Vishu is between Chinu and Vansh. Who is to the immediate left of Minu?

    Solution

     Prem is to the immediate left of Pari.  Only Vansh is between Vishu and Pari. This means Vansh is sitting to the immediate right of Pari and Vishu is sitting to the immediate right of Vansh.  Only Vishu is between Chinu and Vansh. It means Chinu is sitting to the immediate right of Vishu and the remaining Minu is sitting between Chinu and Prem. Final arrangement is as shown below: From the above arrangement it is clear that Chinu is to the immediate left of Minu. Hence, the correct answer is (D).
