Clearly, Dev is 17th from the right and Neha is 14th from the right end and 12th from the left end of the row So, number of students in the row = (14 – 1 + 12) = 25 Now, Dev is 17th from the right Number of boys to the left of Dev= (25 + 1 – 17) = 9 Hence, Dev is 9th from the left end of the row.
