B Neither I nor II Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
C Only II Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
D Only I Correct Answer Incorrect Answer

      Solution

      After interchanging + and x: I.  16 x 9 + 2 ÷ 3 – 5 = 17 L.H.S. 16 + 9 x 2 ÷ 3 – 5 = 16 + 18 ÷ 3 – 5 = 16 + 6 – 5 = 16 + 1 = 17 = R.H.S. Now for Eq. II II.  43 x 11 – 44 ÷ 11 + 11= 10 = 43 + 11 – 44 ÷ 11 x 11 = 43 + 11 - 4 x 11 = 54 - 44 = 10 =  R.H.S.
