One Word & one number are arranged in a single step. Words logic: first all words starting with vowels are arranged according to dictionary order, after that words starting with consonants are arranged according to dictionary order. Means: In step 1, word starting with vowels which will come first according to alphabetical order is taken & placed at first, also, smallest number is taken & is placed after the word rearranged. In step 2, word (from remaining words) starting with vowels which will come first according to alphabetical order is taken & placed after the number placed in previous step, also, smallest number(from remaining numbers) is taken & is placed after the word rearranged in the same step. After all the words starting with vowels are rearranged, we will arranged words starting with consonants & follow the same pattern mentioned above.
