Statement I: Newspaper are kept in 3rd rack. Lipsticks are kept below Newspaper. There are at most 2 racks between lipsticks and combs. Diapers is kept above combs.

Statement II: Pen is not kept below rack 5. Papers are kept above iron. There are at least 4 racks between Papers and Iron. Neither combs nor the lotions is kept at the topmost rack.
