      Question

In the question, assuming the given statements to be

      true, find which of the conclusion (s) among given four conclusions is/are definitely true and then give your answer accordingly. Statements: A ≤ B = D; C ≥ E = G; A = F < G Conclusions:  I. C ≥ A II. F < D III. A > E IV. D = F
A Either Conclusion II or IV is true Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
B Only Conclusions I and II are true Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
C Only Conclusion I is true Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
D Only Conclusion II and IV are true Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
E Only Conclusions I and IV are true Correct Answer Incorrect Answer

      Solution

      C ≥ E = G > F = A                                         C > A. Hence conclusion I is not true. F = A ≤ B = D                                                F ≤ D.  Hence conclusions II and IV are complimentary pair. So, either conclusion II or IV is true. C ≥ E = G > F = A                                         E > A. Hence conclusion III is not true.
