    Solution

    Some Cloud is Thunder (I) → Probable conclusion → All Cloud can be Thunder (A). Hence conclusion I follows. Some Cloud is Thunder (I) + Only a few Thunder is Lighting (I) → No conclusion. Hence conclusion II does not follow. Only a few Thunder is Lighting (I) + No Lighting is Star (E) → Some Thunder is not Star (O). Hence conclusion III follows.
