    Let the total work = 36 units Efficiency of (A + B) = 36/18 = 2 units/day Efficiency of ‘A’ = 36/36 = 1 unit/day Therefore, efficiency of ‘B’ = 2 – 1 = 1 units/day Efficiency of ‘C’ = 1.5 × 1 = 1.5 units/day Required time taken = 36/1.5 = 24 days
