Speed of car βRβ = 900 Γ· 30 = 30 m/s So, relative speed of car βSβ with respect to car βRβ = 40 β 30 = 10 m/s Distance between the two cars = 180 metres So, time taken by car βSβ to meet car βRβ = 180 Γ· 10 = 18 seconds
