    Time by boat = [(0.50 × 300)/30] = (150/30) = 5 hours

    Time by bus = [(0.50 × 300)/75] = (150/75) = 2 hours

    Average speed = [(Total distance)/(Total time)] = [300/(5 + 2)] = (300/7) ~ 43 km/h
