seconds it will take to cover a distance of 4/5 km?
A 80 sec Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
B 50 sec Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
C 25 sec Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
D 24 sec Correct Answer Incorrect Answer

    Solution

    Speed of train = 36 km/hr Speed of train in (m/sec) = 36 x 5/18 = 10 m/sec Distance = 4/5 of 1 km = 4/5 x 1000 m = 800 m Therefore, Speed = distance/time 10 = 800/t Time = 800/10 = 80 sec
