    Let the amount lent at 3% rate = Rs. x. Then, amount lent at 6% rate = 9650 - x So, => 3% of x + 6% of (9650 - x) = 426 => 6% of 9650 – 3% of x = 426 => 579 – 3% of x = 426 => 3% of x = 153 => x = (153/3) × 100 => x = Rs. 5100 Amount lent at 3% rate = Rs. 5100 Amount lent at 6% rate = 9650 – 5100 = Rs.4550
