B Rs. 6,640 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
C Rs. 4,160 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
D Rs. 7,820 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer

      Solution

      Let the Raju’s capital = 9 x Ramesh’s capital = 16 x Total profit = Rs. 5,900 According to the question, Total capital invested by Raju = 9x × 5 + (9x × (2 )/(3 )) × 7 = 87 x Total capital invested by Ramesh = 16x × 8 + (16x × (5 )/(4 )) × 4 = 208 x Share of Raju and Ramesh = 87 x : 208 x Share of Ramesh = (5900 )/(295 )× 208 = Rs. 4,160
