    According to question, => A – B = B – C => A + C = 2B => A – C = 8 => A = 8 + C => A + B + C = 42 => 2B + B = 42 => B = 14 Now, => A + B + C = 42 => C + 8 + 14 + C = 42 => 2C = 20 => C = 10 Age of A = 8 + 10 = 18 Required ratio = 18:14:10 = 9:7:5
