    4 years ago, Let A’s age be 5x and B’s age be 2x. According to the question, 2 years hence, => (5x + 6)/(2x + 6) = 8/5 => 25x + 30 = 16x + 48 => x = 2 Present age of B = 2x + 4 = 2 × 2 + 4 = 8 years
