    Solution

    Let the two number’s be 8x and 5x. According to the question, => (8x+4)/(5x+7) = 2/3 => 24x + 12 = 10x + 14 => x = 1/7 So, the bigger number will be, => 8x = 8 × (1/7) = 8/7
