    Cost price of 3 kg of the rice mixture = 60 + 30 × 2 = Rs. 120 Cost price of 1 kg of the rice mixture = 120 ÷ 3 = Rs. 40 So, profit percentage = (45 – 40) ÷ 40 × 100 = 12.5%
