    The maximum marks for each subject is 200 Gaurav’s Arts mark = 85 Hindi Mark = 60% = (60/100) x 200 = 120  The overall percentage of all three subjects together => 55%= (55/100) x 600 = 330  Gaurav’s mark, Arts + Hindi + X = 330 =>85 + 120 + X = 330 =>X = 330-205 =>X = 125
