    Monthly savings of X = 0.56 × 4500 = Rs. 2520 Monthly expenditure of X = 4500 – 2520 = Rs. 1980 Monthly expenditure of Y = (15/8) × 1980 = Rs. 3712.5 Monthly savings of Y = 3712.5/1.25 = Rs. 2016 Monthly income of Y = 3712.5 + 2016 = Rs. 5728.5
