      Initially, Arun’s rent expense = 3000 + 9000 = Rs. 12,000 Initially, Arun’s grocery expense = 12000 × (150/100) = Rs. 18,000 Initially, total expenses of Arun = 3000 + 12000 + 18000 = Rs. 33,000 = 80% of his income So, initial income of Arun = 33000 × 100/80 = Rs. 41,250
