Let the two numbers be 'p' and 'q'.
So, p + q = 40
And (1/p) + (1/q) = (10/3)
Or, {(p + q)/(pq)} = (10/3)
Or, pq = (3/10) × 40 = 12
So, required square = 12² = 144
