    Sum of the marks scored by him in 5 subjects = 5 × 75 = 375
    Sum of the marks scored by him excluding highest and lowest marks = 3 × 60 = 180
    Therefore, sum of his highest and lowest marks = 375 – 180 = 195
    Also, highest marks scored by him = 145
    Therefore, lowest marks scored by him = 195 – 145 = 50
