    ATQ,

    Let milk and water after removal = 7x ml and 4x ml.

    Milk after adding 12 ml = (7x + 12) ml

    ATQ,

    {(7x + 12) / 4x} = 5/2

    So, 14x + 24 = 20x

    So, 20x - 14x = 24

    So, 6x = 24

    So, x = 4

    So, total quantity = 7×4 + 4×4 + 18 = 28 + 16 + 18 = 62 ml
