Let the length and breadth be 7x metres and 5x metres respectively.
According to the question,
2 × (7x + 5x) = 1560 / 13
Or, 2 × 12x = 120
Or, 24x = 120
Or, x = 5 metres
Therefore, area = 7x × 5x = 35x² = 35 × 25 = 875 m²
