    SOLUTION: Let the number of semi-skilled workers = x Then, number of skilled workers = 2x And number of unskilled workers = 150% of 2x = 3x Total workers = x+2x+3x = 6x Total monthly salary of all the workers = 40,000 × 2x + 25,000 × x + 15,000 × 3x 45,00,000 = 80,000x + 25,000x + 45,000x 45,00,000 = 150,000x X = 30 the total number of workers in the factory = 6x = 180
