average salary of P and Q is Rs. 14000. If the savings of M is 65% of the average salary of all five persons, then find the salary of M which is Rs. 13000 more than his savings.
A 25400 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
B 24440 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
C 29390 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
D 22550 Correct Answer Incorrect Answer

      Solution

      ATQ,

      Total salary of all the five persons = 27000 × 3 + 20000 × 2 = Rs. 121000

      Average salary of each person = 121000 ÷ 5 = Rs. 24200

      Savings of P = 45% of 24200 = Rs. 10890

      So, required salary of P = 10890 + 18500 = Rs. 29390
