Total rainfall for the first six days = 140 × 6 = 840 cm
Total rainfall for the last six days = 148 × 6 = 888 cm
Total rainfall for the week = 145 × 7 = 1015 cm
Rainfall on the sixth day = {(840 + 888) – 1015} = 713 cm
