    Solution

    As men and women are equal so , there are 3 women and 3 men so, total consumption will be 65 × 3 = 195 (by men) and 40 × 3 = 120 (by women)
    Total consumption = 315 kg
    But after including a woman the average consumption for 7 people is given to be 55.
    So the total consumption will be 55 × 7 = 385 kg
    So, woman’s consumption will be = 385 – 315 = 70 kg
